Actor Bindi Irwin has been married to boyfriend Chandler Powell at her zoo in Australia.
It is a wedding that should be celebrated by many people, but the two weddings were held without guests due to coronavirus.
Bindi Irwin said Wednesday that the wedding was planned for a year, but that everything had to be changed because there were no guests at the wedding.
Irwin said, “This was a very difficult decision, but it was important to make everyone safe.”
We wish all of our friends and family could have been there with us, however it’s lovely that we will be able to share photos and videos. Right now we’re encouraging the world to hold onto hope and love, which will carry us forward during this profound time in history.

Powell, 23, is an American who met Irwin while traveling to the Australian Zoo in 2013.
The two announced their July wedding after six years, and they married on the 25th.
“Today we celebrated and worshiped our lives at the beautiful moments we shared in the garden of the Australian Zoo,” Irwin said.

March 25th 2020 ❤️ We held a small ceremony and I married my best friend. There are no words to describe the amount of love and light in my heart right now. We’ve planned this beautiful day for nearly a year and had to change everything, as we didn’t have guests at our wedding. This was a very difficult decision but important to keep everyone safe. We wish all of our friends and family could have been there with us, however it’s lovely that we will be able to share photos and videos. Right now we’re encouraging the world to hold onto hope and love, which will carry us forward during this profound time in history. Today we celebrated life and revelled in every beautiful moment we shared together in our Australia Zoo gardens. Mum helped me get ready, Robert walked me down the aisle, Chandler became my husband and together we lit a candle in Dad’s memory. We shared tears and smiles and love. Thankfully, since we all live at Australia Zoo as a family, we could be there for each other. To everyone reading this – stay safe, social distance and remember LOVE WINS!

“She helped me prepare, Robert took me down the aisle, Chandler became my husband, and we lit candles in my father’s memory,” Irwin said.
Bindi Irwin’s father, Steve Irwin, was a wild animal journalist known as “Crocodile Hunter”.

Steve Irwin was shot by a stingray and tragically died in 2006 when he filmed a documentary in the Queensland suburbs of Australia at the age of 44.
The Australian Zoo, where the two married, is an Australian zoo in Queensland, opened by grandparents in the 1970s, and is now run by the Irwin family.
Irwin’s mother Terry and her brother Robert were able to attend despite the corona virus lock, she posted on Instagram, as the Irwin family lives together at the zoo.
